Your first step: choose an outcome you want to influence. Not to obsess over the outcome, but to give your input tracking purpose and direction.
Here's how to choose wisely.
What Is an Outcome in Trendwell?
An outcome is a health measure you care about:
- Weight - Your body weight over time
- Blood pressure - Your BP readings
- Energy - How you feel throughout the day
- Sleep quality - How well you sleep
You'll track the outcome occasionally, but focus your daily attention on the inputs that affect it.
Key Insight: The outcome is your north star. Inputs are how you get there. Track what you control.
Choosing Your First Outcome
Consider What Matters Most
What health measure do you most want to improve?
- Doctor told you to lower blood pressure?
- Want to manage your weight?
- Tired all the time and want more energy?
- Not sleeping well?
Start with what matters to YOU right now.
Start With One
Don't track multiple outcomes at first. Pick one:
- Simpler to learn the system
- Easier to see correlations
- Less overwhelming
- You can add more later

After Choosing
